Our teriyaki sauce is made from an authentic family recipe that has been handed down and refined over countless generations. With the exclusion of extra fillers, thickeners, or preservatives, we maintain the integrity that is the heritage of the Takaya sauce. That our immediate family contributed the calligraphy and artwork for the label, further serves to infuse our product with the quality we love so dearly.Instead of using dried ingredients, we use only fresh garlic, ginger, and toasted ground sesame seeds. This assures us of achieving the richness of flavor that is the hallmark of our homestyle designation.
