Genie was looking for a different twist on Chicken Salad and came up with this fabulous recipe from leftover grilled chicken breasts from the night before.
Cut 2 large chicken breasts into 1/2 inch pieces and place in medium sized bowl for mixing ingredients. Mix in 1 Tbsp. Mayonaise, 2 Tbsp. Horseradish Mustard and 1/4 jar of the Texas Longhorn Bread and Butter Pickled Jalapeno Dip Mix Relish to mixture. Mix all ingredients, chill and serve over lettuce leaf on whole wheat sandwich bread. Very filling and a joy for the tastebuds!
