Ed's Amazing Prime Rib

OK, if you've been to the shop, you know Ed loves to cook. (His family loves it too!) He did this Prime Rib at the holidays and WOW. What a flavor.

Prime Rib (we used both bone in and boneless and prefer the one with the bone for extra flavor and of course for the dog afterward). Cook according to directions only inject the rib roast with Cajun Injector Rosemary & Garlic sauce liberally. Ed filled the sucker up! Then sprinkle with Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning. Put in a 450 degree oven for the first 30-45 minutes then tent with foil, reduce heat to 350 and cook until done. We prefer it rare. The juices in the bottom of the pan MUST be used for gravy. This was the most tender rib roast we had ever had with just the right amount of seasonings. This roast is now a Williams Christmas family tradition.
